Pre-Application Enquiries
There is an increasing focus on pre-application discussions with Council’s to ensure that planning applications are well informed and prepared. This can ultimately improve the quality of Planning Application submissions and increase the chances of gaining planning permission, particularly for complex schemes.
APC will co-ordinate the submission of a pre-application enquiry and hold discussions with the Council’s Officer team prior to advising clients on the risks and opportunities of continuing with a Planning Application submission.
